You can update your email preferences or unsubscribe your fan account from emails here. You can also unsubscribe from in-app notifications by following these steps.

You can deactivate your fan account by clicking here directly or by logging into Bandsintown on the web and then:

  1. Click the 3 bars at the top right of the homepage

  2. Click My Account on the dropdown list

  3. Click Deactivate Account on the left sidebar

  4. Click the Deactivate Account button

5. Select one of the reasons or fill in your own reason for deleting your account:

  • I'm getting too many emails/push notifications

  • I want to make a new account

  • I don't remember ever signing up

  • I am concerned about my data privacy

  • I don't like the shows I'm being recommended

  • Other (fill in reason below)

6. Click Deactivate

7. Click Yes

PLEASE NOTE: You must be logged in first to unsubscribe or delete your account.

To delete or unsubscribe your Bandsintown for Artists or Venue account please click here and click "Delete my account" on the bottom right.
