You can edit your email settings by clicking here directly or by logging into Bandsintown on the web then:
Click the 3 bars at the top right of the homepage
Click My Account on the dropdown list
Click Notifications on the left sidebar
Toggle the switches for your email notification preferences
You can also unsubscribe by clicking the links at the bottom of every email we send. If you click the "To unsubscribe click here" link you will automatically be unsubscribed from that email category. If you click the "To manage your notifications click here" link you will see a list of all email categories and you can select and de-select whichever categories you want. Your changes are recorded automatically, no Save button necessary. It may take up to 48 hours for the changes to process.
To manage your in-app notifications:
On iOS:
1. Tap the Profile page (person icon) at the bottom right
2. Tap on the Settings button (gear icon) at the top right
3. Scroll to Notifications
4. Check/uncheck the boxes based on your notification preferences on mobile
On Android
1. Tap the Profile page (person icon) at the bottom right
2. Tap on the Settings button (gear icon) at the top right
3. Tap Notifications
4. Check/uncheck boxes according to your notification preferences.
*Please note: Adjusting your in-app notifications will not update your email preferences and vice versa. To update your email Settings from the app please click the Email link in the top right corner.
