How do I cancel my account?

If you wish to stop receiving emails and notifications, you can keep your account and simply update your email preferences, or unsubscribe your fan account from emails here. You can also unsubscribe from in-app notifications by following these steps.

If you wish to cancel your Bandsintown user account, you can do so directly from here, or by logging into Bandsintown on the web and then:

  1. Clicking on the 3-bar icon at the top right of the homepage

  2. Selecting My Account on the dropdown list

  3. Clicking on Cancel Account on the left sidebar

  4. Clicking the Cancel my account button

5. Select one of the reasons or fill in your own reason for deleting your account then confirm your cancellation

PLEASE NOTE:

  • You must first be logged in to cancel your Bandsintown user account.

  • If you wish to cancel your Bandsintown for Artists account, please click here and click "Cancel account" on the bottom right.
