Why am I getting notifications or emails for the wrong location?

If you have one location set on the mobile app, and another on the web, events from both locations will be aggregated in your weekly update emails and notifications. If you are receiving notifications for the wrong location, double check your location is set correctly on the mobile app. You can update your location on the mobile app following the steps here.

There is no way to change your location on the web at this time. If you think your web location is incorrect please email us at support@bandsintown.com and we can update it.
