To change your location on the mobile app:

On iOS:

  1. Tap the Profile page (person icon) at the bottom right

  2. Tap on the Settings button (gear icon) at the top right

  3. Scroll to Change Location

  4. Type in location



    OR

  1. Go to the Discover tab (home icon) on the bottom left

  2. Tap the location at the top

  3. Tap Add a New Location


    On Android:

  1. Tap the Profile page (person icon) at the bottom right

  2. Tap on the Settings button (gear icon) at the top right

  3. Choose Location

  4. Type in location

    OR

  1. Go to the Discover tab (home icon) on the bottom left

  2. Tap the three dots on the top right corner

  3. Choose Change Location

To change your location on the Bandsintown website:

  1. Click the pencil icon near the top of the page above "Recommended For You".

  2. Enter your city or location and then hit enter, or select it from the suggestions.

  3. If you would also like to update your main account location, you can save this in your settings at the same time. Click "No" if you would just like to browse another city without updating your default settings. If it is different than your account settings, it will revert back when you start a new browser session.

  4. The location set here is also what will appear on the "Come To..." button that lets you request a show from an artist, regardless of your primary location.
