Our general policy is that any fan can follow any artist, regardless of whether they still tour, even if the artist has passed away. We don't want to keep any fan from following their favorite artist just because that person isn't touring, won't ever tour, etc. Plus, we use all of your followed artists to make better recommendations to you.

Management can still control those pages and reach out to fans who are following the page about new music, tours, etc.
